ANIMALS AND SMOKE: I have three dogs (Shadow, Luna and Aspen), two woodstoves and I burn incense & candles and food. So this is not a smoke or pet free house and gallery. *;) All items for sale are kept in the gallery and the galleries only source of heat is from the woodstove. I've had only a couple concerns over the years, but if you think this will bother you, please heed the warning. *;)

AFTER AUCTION: You will be notified by me (Peggy). Please respond so I know you received my email. Keeping communications open over the internet is very important so both parties know what's going on. If for some reason you're not contacted within 24 hours after auction, it means there could be computer problems on this end, or I'm temporarily away. In that case trust me to get back to you asap. If the computer and server are running and I'm not away,,,then I WILL email you within 24 hours after auction. *:)

OUT OF COUNTRY SALES: I fill out the custom forms honestly and won't mark them as gifts. So please know your custom fees, duties, taxes, etc. so you won't be in for a shock when you get them. Like with shipping costs,,,this is seperate from my business and those costs are your responsibility.

SPAM BLOCKING: If you use a spam blocker and my emails are blocked, I will not go through the procedures to try to get through to you. I've tried a few times and they failed. At this point it's up to you to get through to me. Please be respectful when using spam blockers as procedures to try to get through are time consuming and sometimes don't even work. I don't have time to track people down or jump through hoops. This is YOUR responsibily as a bidder on ebay to keep your email open so sellers can get through to you.

PAYMENT: Because of Ebay's new rules on not allowing checks or money orders anymore, I can only accept PayPal now. Sorry! *:(

SHIPPING: I ship out First Class if the weight is light enough and by Priority. Any prices listed are for inside the USA only. All orders that are paid for the day before, will be processed the next day and shipped the following day. I will ship outside of the US, but most ways do not insure, so this is your risk and I will quote the options to you.

HANDLING: Handling fee's are rounded off for each item to cover envelopes, ink, paper, shipping service for daily pickup, etc. Fair fee's!!! None of them are profit!

INSURANCE: Insurance is up to the buyer in most cases. If you don't insure, I will not be responsible for lost or damaged items. On more expensive and/or fragile items, insurance is mandatory and will be listed on the auction. Please remember, no insurance, no claim. This is YOUR responsibility and choice!

REFUNDS: I understand it's hard to buy from a picture, so if the item was not what you expected, just let me know and I'll refund the purchase price (not the s/h costs). Items must be returned in the same condition they were sent out in order for a refund. A refund will be given when I recieve it back. It will be your choice to insure anything returned. If I don't get it back, I can't refund. Best to send it with a delivery confirmation so you know it wasn't lost. For a refund the item must be returned no later then 7 days after it was recieved. FEEDBACK: Because of eBay's new policies where buyers can only get positive feedback, I will no longer be leaving positive feedback when I fill the order. Since this new policy, buyers feedbacks go up and rarely is feedback given to the seller. This is my way to make it fair to me, since eBay doesn't seem to understand sellers should have the same rights. I'm a buyer and a seller, so I see both sides and my empathy goes to sellers for not having the same rights as buyers when it comes to the feedback system. Sellers can't warn other sellers of a bad buyer! I have NO idea what problems I may get from a problem buyer because it's no longer allowed for sellers to warn other sellers. For this reason, I'm taking a stand to make it more fair and will give feedback, only once it's given.

ACCOUNTS: I do run accounts on ebay so that you can bid on items ending on different days and still have them shipped out at the same time to save on shipping costs. If you would like to run one, please let me know. Once you're done, just let me know so I won't have to bug you with an email after each auction. I'll then total your account for you. For accounts, the payment must be made in one transaction, do not use 'pay now' and pay for each auction seperately. This has saved alot on shipping costs and leaves us with more to have fun with on ebay! *:) If you do pay individually, .50 will be added per item as a handling charge, because that's what each tranaction costs on PayPal. Save yourself some handling fee's and please wait to pay for all in one transaction. *:)
